FREE RETURNS On Some Items & Some Returns Customers Will Need To Pay For Their Own Shipping Labels & Shipping Cost Back To Original Warehouse. Whilst Some Can Be Return 10 Days After Delivered To Customer Location. 

  • We will accept all authorized returns
  • All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
  • Once approved we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid label, we will email you with the label attached.
  • Just print the label, attach it to any box/package and return the items.
  • You will have 30 days to send the item back for full refund once you receive the free return label.
  • Please Note depending on the warehouse it's coming from we not create a shipping label but, we will send you an email of instructions where to return the item. 
  • Please also note that all of our products are brand new conditions and never worn products.  If you decide to return our products back you cannot wear our products it will not be accepted to be return. Also it must be in the original packaging that it came delivered to your  mailbox or doorstep.  Our products are thoroughly checked before we ship it out to ensure that it's in the original brand new conditions.
  • Please note that once orders have been successfully fulfilled by us and your order has already shipped out we cannot issue refunds you wait for your product to be successfully delivered to your address. Then if you still need the return it would have to be approved first by our Product Team with our Terms and Conditions Policies.  
  • This will ensure that we offer High Top Qualities Products so it will ensure returns will be little to none. 
  • Please note that we have different warehouses that items are being shipped from & depending on the warehouses it's being shipped from customer's will be full responsible to pay for returning the items.
  • Also some items will be replaced depending on the warehouse it's being shipped from if you place an order and the tracking shows it was not delivered we will replaced the item or give a full refund.
  • Please also note that when returning the item back to us customer will be responsible customer will be responsible for any loss or damages made when returning the item back. 
  • Please note that we will not be responsible if we don't received the returnable items depending on the delivery company you return it with. 
  • Once we receive the items back we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account.
  • Please also note that some items coming from our China Warehouse will only accept returns only if it's our fault. However,  please note that some China Warehouse will not accept exchanges. Also some orders from China Warehouse will not offer free shipping rates as well.
  • Also please note that depending on the warehouse it's shipping from some items to refund is within 10 Days after delivered we will be unable to accept refunds or exchange. If you are unsure about products refund or exchange contact our Customer Service Representative For More Information!
  • Also please be advise that products that are either discounted or on sales will not be refunded. Prices that are shown in original prices will be refunded only! Kindly ensure that once you decide to purchase an order on sale or discounted prices ensure you order your correct size to your measurements.  We will not offer refunds or returns on those discounted price or sale. Failure to follow these rules we will not be held responsible for refunds or returns.  It will not be accepted.  We have very strick rules in which we have to follow to ensure that our customers understands and cooperate with us!
